Contract that are together Editora Ltda Breakwater., Owner of Ships and Harbors magazine and website, and subscribers here represented generically as "Subscribers". Subscribers of "Ports and Ships printed + site" has full access to the site by the contracted period. It is understood this service as the delivery at the address indicated on the subscriber, printed editions of the magazine hired Ports and Ships, as well as access to the site in areas reserved for paying subscribers. The administration stresses that the signed articles, and blogs do not necessarily reflect the opinion of Ports and Ships. The news media called the "Daily News" contains an area called "clipping", where a summary of news published in other vehicles is transcribed to give wide coverage to the maritime industry. Ports and Ships disclaims responsibility for the content of these stories, which can not be modified by us. Ports and Ships reserves the unilateral right to make any kinds of changes they feel necessary on the site, including removing parts, be they services, content, and even aesthetic or technological changes, without needing to give notice prior to the subscribers and readers. The internet has not reached a level of 100% reliability when it comes to stay online without interruption, so they may occur independently of the will or effort of Ports and ships to avoid them. Once occurring at levels acceptable technically, Ports and Ships disclaims any responsibility for the time when the service goes offline. If the service continues to be offline for more than 24 hours, Ports and Ships will reset period equivalent to the contracted time. If Ports and Ships resolve to discontinue the site or make changes involving a change in the relationship hired with their subscribers, covered by this instrument, prior knowledge will within 30 days. If this does not entail the cancellation of the signing, Ports and Ships return to their subscribers with value on the time remaining to complete the subscription period. This subscription provides access to the site for Ports and Ships in Portuguese. Does not entitle any other internet service or site for Ports and Ships, or even the site of Ports and Ships in a language other than Portuguese. Any services offered on the site can be paid, such as courses, seminars, online or offline advertising, or even certain internal services of the site. The subscriber has no implied right of access to any department other than the reading of the areas reserved for subscribers, but will eventually enjoy a commercial advantage in obtaining such services. It is expressly agreed that the Forum of Rio de Janeiro is the only stipulated to resolve any disputes between judicial and other Breakwater Editora Ltda. and their subscribers.
